1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our platform and car rental services provided by Al Wefaq Rent A Car, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the governing laws of Dubai and the UAE.

2. Rental Eligibility & Age Requirements

• The minimum rental age is 21 years old for economy/standard vehicles, and 25 years old for sports and luxury models.
• A valid driver's license held for at least one year must be presented alongside a valid passport and entry visa.
• Visitors from non-exempt countries are required to present an International Driving Permit (IDP) in addition to their national license.

3. Rental Charges, Insurance & Deposit

Rental charges include basic/comprehensive insurance and the agreed mileage allowance. Additional mileage, Salik toll charges, and traffic violations are billed according to official RTA schedules upon vehicle return.

4. Vehicle Usage & Prohibitions

Vehicles must not be used for racing, unpaved off-road driving (unless specified for 4x4 desert use), or taken outside the UAE without prior written authorization.

5. Cancellation & Amendments

Al Wefaq provides flexible cancellation free of charge when requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time.
